To reserve the selected apartment, a preliminary agreement must be signed. After signing, a security deposit of 10% of the apartment price must be paid. If bank financing is used to purchase the apartment, this deposit is counted as the first installment.
The purchase agreement is concluded after the property has been handed over for use. The security deposit paid is deducted from the total purchase price. The next steps in the purchase depend on whether a bank loan is used or the purchase is made without credit.
1. The purchase agreement is signed at the notary's office.
2. The purchase price must be transferred within 3 working days.
3. The documents are submitted for registration in the land register.
4. After the apartment has been re-registered, we sign the acceptance-transfer act and hand over the keys to the apartment.
If necessary, it is possible to use a transaction account.
1. Sign loan agreements with the selected bank.
2. Sign the purchase agreement at a notary. The down payment specified by the bank must be made within 3 business days.
3. Submit the documents to the Land Registry for registration.
4. After the apartment has been re-registered, the bank transfers the remaining part of the purchase price.
5. We sign the acceptance-transfer act and give you the keys.
